Greenbelt: History of a New Town, edited by Mary Lou Williams, was written as part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of the city, in 1987. This addition includes a section on the next ten years as well - from 1987-1997.  It's a seminal text on the history of Greenbelt, is beautifully illustrated with photos from the city's history, and makes a great gift!
